Our floating B&B 'Happiness together' in Amsterdam North is safe and Corona-proof. You will stay in a spacious room with private bathroom. You have all the privacy you want and will certainly enjoy the great view over the water. Our guests appreciate the tranquility of our neighbourhood, the garden and the hospitality we offer. Breakfast is DIY style and can be enjoyed in your room at your own time.

Our location
The houseboat is located in a quiet side channel of the IJ and is moored on a quiet dike with many other houseboats. On the other side of the dike is the Wilmkebreekpolder, a unique piece of nature in the middle of Amsterdam. The free NDSM wharf ferry is a 25-minute walk away or 5 minutes by bike. This will take you directly to the central station. Public transport is a 15 minute walk and in 25 minutes you are in the heart of the city.

If you want to explore the typical Dutch landscape with the vast green fields and charming waterways, our houseboat is also a perfect choice for you. It is nice to explore the small villages in the area by bike. The Zaanse Schans, world heritage site with its iconic windmills, is also within easy reach.

Good night
Our guests appreciate our place because we are not far from the center, but are not bothered by noisy tourist crowds in our neighborhood. This ensures a wonderful night's sleep in the comfortable double bed. During your stay you will certainly enjoy the aquatic life like a 'local'.

Room
After coming back from the city you can either chill in your room or enjoy our garden. Through a sliding door in your room it is also possible to sit on our floating terrace. You can also use our pedal boat to explore the canal. In the summer months you can swim in the canal, as many locals do. Of course we offer all the luxuries you would expect from a comfortable room: underfloor heating, fast WiFi, television / radio and a private entrance.

Breakfast is included in the price and served in your DIY (Do It Yourself) style room for you to enjoy at your own time.

Free parking
Yes, it is quite exceptional in Amsterdam, but parking on our dike is free!

Neighbourhood
We have a good relationship with our neighbors and would like to keep it that way. That is why we ask you to cooperate in this. The stay in our B&B is a party, but we are not a party location. So no loud music or discussions in our garden.
