2 Rooms on luxurious and spacious houseboat

We love to welcome you aboard on our houseboat and share this spacious room with you. The perfect houseboat studio for an unforgettable stay with your beloved one. Not in the least because of the large adjacent bathroom with whirlpool, double shower and toilet.

The living room and huge modern kitchen are shared space and available for you to use too.

One rooms is big and spacious with a kingsize bed and an adjacent bathroom. The other room is small but with a king-size bed and you share the bathroom with the other room. An extra toilet is next to the room.

Shared common areas
You share certain areas of the houseboat with the host or other guests.

Bathroom en suite
This space has a bathroom that is connected to your room.

Ideal for remote work
Fast Wi-Fi of 168 Mbps and a separate workspace.

Third room
There is a third room with bathroom in the houseboat as well, let me know if you're interested. 

The houseboat is a spacious modern floating villa, recently built under architecture. Thanks to the large windows the place is very light and bright. The master bedroom that you will be staying is just that: large, light and bright. And we're sure that you will really love the bathroom, a special place with whirlpool and a double shower for your convenience. There is a toilet in the en-suite bathroom, and a second toilet next to the entrance.
The second room is small with a kingsize bed but no an extra bathroom.

The living room is also very comfortable with a fireplace, comfortable couch and large windows giving view over the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that a chef could ask for.

We also offer a third bedroom that can be rented, making this place very suitable for over 2 persons.

Jordaan Area
Our houseboat is located at a few minutes biking of the world famous Jordaan Area - a charming part of Amsterdam with great restaurants, bars, independent shops and boutiques. Here you will also find the 'Negen Straatjes' (the Nine Little Streets) with it's many small shops and restaurants. And what about the Haarlemmerdijk - rewarded as the Nicest Shopping Street in the Netherlands in 2011 - just 10 minutes walking away. No better place to just stroll around en enjoy the city at it's best.

Walking distance
This part of Amsterdam also offers lots of culture. The Anne Frank House is located within walking distance, as well as the Westertoren (Wester Tower), Amsterdam Historic Museum, Dam Square, the Royal Palace and Central Station.

You can easily reach us by car and public transport, and once you're checked in there is no better way of transport then the good old bicycle. We're glad to say that we have good bike rentals available.

From the airport you can take a train to central station (20 min). From there you can either walk (20 minutes), take a cab (approximately € 13) or take bus 21 (less than 10 minutes). 

How to take bus 21? When you arrive at Central Station, exit on the city side (main Exit). Take bus nr 21 and get off after 5 minutes at the stop “Kostverlorenkade". At a little square in front of a gym. Take the road left of this square and then walk towards the end until you see houseboats ( 300m) ten take a left to number 22 You are in front of our houseboat! 

When you decide to come by car. You can park your car almost always near the houseboat. However, Amsterdam is not very “car friendly" as the city charges rather high rates for parking. Alternatively, go to Park and Ride Amsterdam for cheaper parking options. The Park and Ride that is closest to us, is the “P+R Sloterdijk". The cost for Park and Ride is € 8 per day. They offer return tickets for public transport free of charge.

We live on the verge of the Jordaan area, a very lively and inspiring part of the city. Yet, you are ensured to have a great night rest since we're far away enough from tourist masses. So it is pretty much the best of both worlds.
