Houseboat description
The location is truly unique. Our city harbor, one of the oldest in Amsterdam, is located between Central Station, the IJ river and the inner city. Although lots of absolute highlights are just around the corner (from the Dam Square and red light district to the Maritime museum), you will be surprised how quiet this place is at night. Actually I still can't believe it myself, having such a secluded haven in the city center.
This is what you get
We have recently renovated this ship, making it possible to build 'the perfect houseboat'. By using the shape of the ship, we have managed to create a unique and personal holiday home on the water. You can see the water trough the portholes even when you sit at the table or use the bathroom.
We hope that during your stay you will enjoy one another and the pleasures our neighborhood and our city offers. This is why we do not have televisions or radio's on board. But for the ones who can not live without (social) media, we do offer excellence fast WiFi. The only thing you have to do is bring your own mobile(smart)phone or tablet/computer with you.

a spacious deck and yes, you can jump in the waters and swim here too!
Get out there!
During the spring, summer and autumn it is great to sit outside and relax in the communal lounger area on the quay. Please note that people live here, so we kindly ask not to be loud after 21.00 to ensure everyone getting a good night rest. We highly recommend to check out café Pollux across the street if you want to stay out longer ;-)

How to get there
After arriving at Central Station, you simply walk to the left and after about three minutes you will see our harbor. Could not be easier. Of course we will share the exact address of the ship after the booking is confirmed.
About the area
Our harbor is a real hidden gem in the city center. Secluded and private, yet close to the buzzing inner city. Within walking distance there are lots of great things to see and do. Just to give you an impression an overview of things we like in our neighborhood:
