Tiny Beach House

Tiny, cosy houseboat for 4 persons. The houseboat is provided with all the luxury from home. Including a propane oven, sun panels for enough electricity, shower (hot and cold water) and central heating. Two Sup-boards are included for lots of fun on the water.

Can you already imagine it? Wake up in the morning to the bickering coots on an uninhabited island, sandwiches in the oven and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun on the spacious roof terrace with a nice lounge set.

This neatly maintained houseboat from 2019 has it all. Equipped with a bedroom downstairs, with a double bed of 160x200cm. Upstairs there is still room for 2 people, with 2 separate beds of 80x200cm, accessible via a loft ladder. Windows are equipped with blackout and the front and back door are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you have minimal problems with insects.

The boat is really fully equipped, you will not miss anything from home when you are on the island. The boat is equipped with a central heating boiler for the cold evenings, which also provides heated shower water. There are comfortable beds and solar panels for electricity. Especially in summer you are completely self-sufficient. The only thing you need to remember is that you bring enough groceries. If you do need something, there are picturesque places where you can do your shopping and moor in the center. Think of the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk (a nice boulevard, with many eateries and a beach), or the fortified city of Elburg with its old history. Zeewolde is also within reach, where you can do your shopping or take a dip in the local swimming pool.

In addition, there are many islands where you can moor. Here is the possibility to make a campfire, barbecue and swim.

You will experience unforgettable adventures together and make memories for life.

Practical information:

• We do not rent our boats to groups of young people.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Sailing experience is nice to have. Before you get the boat, you will receive an extensive sailing instruction and we will practice sailing together.

The powerful bow and stern thrusters and the strong engine make it easy to sail. We charge a deposit of €1000, which you will get back when you return the boat, but we will deduct the petrol you have used from the deposit.

If you do not want to sail, but just stay in the harbor (see last photo for the view), we do not charge a deposit. At the harbor there is a McDonalds, a wok restaurant, a playground for the children and a swimming beach. In addition, the surfing beach is nearby and you can explore the Veluwemeer on a SUP, of which 2 are included.

Do you also want to sail with it yourself? Then we charge a surcharge of € 60 per day.

Don't feel like sailing yourself? We can take you to a place of your choice (island or town) at a rate of €65 per hour.
