Wotan boat is moored in a place called Warenthin, in the region of Brandenburg, Germany - 76 km north-west of Berlin. The boat is specially designed and equipped for disabled people and offers a relaxing and refreshing vacation with easy access (without steps) and wheelchair accessible doors.
By taking on boating tasks such as mooring and steering, disabled individuals can build confidence, improve self-esteem and develop new skills. Due to the construction and equipment, Wotan can be used not only by disabled people and their escorts, but is also a perfect holiday boat for the elderly people. So come and enjoy the beautiful nature surroundings of the Rheinberger waters!
The spacious interior of Wotan is full of light and offers great panoramic views. The boat has a nice living room with raised seats that are easy accessible for disabled and elderly people, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and fridge, a bathroom with a raised toilet and raised sink and a shower with seat. All three double beds are raised with an extra 50 cm.
The entrance for wheelchair users is possible from the bow, port and starboard side. The width of the entrance is 75cm.The outboard motor boat has sliding doors and the windows are fitted with insect screen. The nice terrace has a wind dependent raincover while the accessible roof offers enough space for a few relaxing hours to enjoy the sunshine.
