The houseboat is located in a sheltered spot in the middle of nature. You can enjoy swimming here, fishing (if animal-friendly) from the boat and sailing around in the available rowing boat. You can take beautiful walks and bike rides in the area. The houseboat has two bedrooms. The house boat also has a cozy wood-burning stove and a kitchen with a view over the water. There is a nice terrace on the boat to enjoy the sunset (or rise) and various seating areas have been created in the lovingly maintained garden. The parking space is in your own driveway.
The area around is perfect for the outdoor lover plenty of hiking, cycling, birding watching options. Close by the vibrant citues of Rotterdam and Delft full of history, culture, dining etc.
