The moored traditional sailing ship is very spacious and can host up to 21 people. Overlooking the Erasmus bridge and within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and shops, the boat is the perfect base to explore Rotterdam. 

This fully equipped houseboat offers a lot of space for you and your friends, family and other beloved-ones. The ship is all yours during your stay. What about preparing drinks at the bar and drinking them together at the deck while preparing the barbecue for later that night? Enjoy the sun, good company, and stunning views. The houseboat is fully equipped and meets all your wishes and needs. You can use the kitchen whenever you want. The boat is very clean and well maintained. Below deck, you will find a cozy saloon with plenty of room for all the guests. Here you can enjoy your meals together, play board games or just relax and appreciate each others company. Both the saloon and the bar/lounge area are provided with central heating radiators. This makes the houseboat also during cold winters a pleasant warm ship.

You will have your own private entrance, which can be entered via a steep gangway. A maximum of three people on the gangplank at the same time is allowed.

Wearing antislip shoes is a must! 

Landed on Schiphol Airport and want to arrive by car? Take the A4 and follow the A4 and the A13 towards Stadhoudersweg/S113 in the Northside of Rotterdam. Follow the S113 and S100 to 'the Vasteland' in Rotterdam Centrum.

Arrived by train? Tram (Streetcar) 7 towards "Willemsplein" to the Stop "Westplein" and walk 5 minutes towards the river. It is a 20-minute walk from Rotterdam Central train station to the boat. You can also take the metro towards station Eendrachtsplein. From there, it is a 10-minute walk. 

From of the Central station take the streetcar No.7 direction Willemsplein and get out at Westplein then walk 5 minutes to the .

Nightlife, the city center, museums, and tour boats are located within walking distance from the houseboat. The boat is located opposite ,as of how the Dutch call it, the 'Manhattan at the Maas'. Expect boats floating by, stunning views and a great vibe. Despite the fact that it is located in the heart of the city, the area is very peaceful and quiet.
