- A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay.

Kitchen
- An open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including an American-style fridge, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop.
- For coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, and complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

Dining and Living Area
- A spacious dining table that seats six, ideal for cozy meals.
- A bright living room with a comfortable sofa to relax after a day full of activities.

Garden
- A newly landscaped garden with grass and bamboo offers a delightful spot to enjoy the outdoors. The garden is fully enclosed and secured by a gate with a key.

Waterside
- On the waterside, you'll find a wide 2-meter jetty spanning the full 20-meter length, perfect for enjoying the view, jumping in for a swim, or fishing.

Guest Access
You will have the entire water villa at your disposal.

Other Things to Note

- Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Not available for party-goers.
- Only registered guests are welcome (maximum of 6 people).

If these rules are violated, the stay will be canceled without a refund.

Please note: the tourist tax of 12.5 percent per person per night on the daily rate that we are required to apply is not included in the price (as with ) and will be settled afterward.
