Spacious entrance with lounge view, stairs to downstairs hall, first sleeping room, washing area, door to kitchen and living room. At the end of the living room is located the second sleeping room and the bathroom. Outstanding terrace with view on the Amstel.


The house is easily accessible by public transport. Tram stop Amsteldijk and of course the Amstel station are very close by and in addition the ring and roads can be reached quickly by car.

    Fantastic Stay!

    Valerio is a great host - super friendly and helpful. We had a great long weekend staying on his barge. The location is great - away from the tourist hordes in the city centre but close enough to either walk in or jump on the tram. And on the edge of De Pijp, new to us, but great part of town full of funky bars and restaurants. Spent a lot of time just hanging out in the wheelhouse watching the boats go by on the Amstel. Highly recommended.

    Super stylish and comfortable

    Valerio’s houseboat is super stylish and comfortable. The space is surprising big for a houseboat and the terrace on top is a great spot for evening drinks. Location was great and the neighborhood was lively and full of great restaurants. We stayed here with 2 kids and loved it. Valerio himself is extremely friendly and accommodating.

    We loved staying on Valerio’s houseboat. It is gorgeously decorated with all of the amenities you could need. Walking distance to many sights and transit stops. We had a fantastic time watching boats go by and enjoying the scenery. Valerio is a very gracious and responsive host!
