Suited for 2 couples but also for a family with children, as well as four single adults, because there are two double beds and and two single beds.

The downstairs apartment offers a lovely view of the waterfront, allowing delightful daytime interactions with ducks and swans. It's very quiet at night. Only 25 min to the center of town by public transport. ( bus and subway)

    Amsterdam nord in cool.

    Quiet houseboat in Amsterdam North, close to the center. Free boat shuttle to reach central Amsterdam in a few minutes. Paddel available for a trip on the canal. Pleasant exterior. Good so good. Thanks Michael.

    Lovely experience

    It was our first time in Amsterdam, and we wanted it to be special. Staying at Michael's Ark was fabulous. Amazing place, great peace and quiet, lovely hosts, and nice duck alarms in the morning. We totally recommend the stay. Beautiful people and beautiful place.

    Dreamy stay!

    We loved our stay at this houseboat, from the magical garden out front to the cozy, beautiful interior. The host is very friendly and helpful. Three adults stayed here with plenty of room, and we were delighted by the relaxing atmosphere. Ducks came to visit us in the morning, which we liked. It is situated in Amsterdam North, which is not in the urban center, but it was close enough for us.

    Neat stay. Everything you need for a good night's sleep is present. The boat is located on a canal in a residential area. 15 to 20 minutes walk to NDSM wharf, where there are many places to eat and a ferry to Amsterdam city center.
