Welcome to your stay

Enjoy our unique sunny ‘houseboat’ on the Amstel River in the center of Amsterdam. It is a (brand new) Arc and therefore not 'wobbly'.

Wake up with the sun on the deck, falling asleep by the sound of the water on the romantic Amstel River.

Seeing the boats pass by and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Dutch architecture.

Swans swim by, rowers, gorgeous boats, Sups, canoes etc.

You can take a plunge in the water if you dare to go for a swim or enjoy using the Sup!

Explore your stay

The place is super spacious and light and has different rooms on different levels. 220 square meters, 3 terraces with lots of privacy. 2 fireplaces. Swim or take our SUP boards in Amstel water. Will be featuring in Vogue Living soon! Interior design is my hobby, so the house is filled with design classics and rare objects and art of the traveling.

Exploring Amsterdam's Great Outdoors

The city opens up beautifully for outdoor enthusiasts, with Vondelpark serving as the central green lung where locals and tourists alike can enjoy picnics, bike rides, or open-air performances. The picturesque canal rings are perfect for leisurely strolls or traditional canal boat tours. For a serene escape not far from the city buzz, the Amstel River area provides excellent paths for cycling and peaceful waterside benches.

Wildlife Wonders Around the City

While largely urban, Amsterdam offers intriguing opportunities for close encounters with wildlife. The ARTIS Amsterdam Royal Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in Europe, houses exotic species and is a hit with families and animal lovers. For a more natural experience, the Amsterdamse Bos, a large forested park south of the city, allows visitors to spot deer, numerous bird species, and even Highland cattle. The park’s waterways also support a fascinating diversity of fish and amphibians.

One of the most unique and beautiful homes

This was hands down one of the most unique and beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The views of the river were stunning, and the home was beautiful and comfortable. Each room was perfectly decorated, the bathroom was very nice, and there were three outdoor sitting/deck areas. Beautiful in the sun and the rain. The neighborhood was also very fun and walkable.

    The best houseboat in Amsterdam

My wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and we chose to visit Amsterdam. We looked on site after site, but we found what we believed to be the best, and it did not disappoint. The host, Carmen, was wonderful and so, so helpful. She even directed us to a restaurant for our anniversary meal. The houseboat was out of this world; the style is impeccable. I would recommend this to anyone. It is the best…
