Our spacious independent studio in our modern designed houseboat will provide you an amazing time in Amsterdam. The boat is located in the most romantic neighborhood in the city center. It's the ultimate location to experience Amsterdam city, in a quiet area, a few minutes outside the touristic city centre. The studio meets your needs more than expected with a cozy living, a double bed, a private bathroom and a private sunny deck terrace. The ideal retreat when looking for something out of the ordinary. Have you ever been on a houseboat before? Come and visit ours! Our modern and spacious studio is a great way to stay on a boat. We've been developing this brand new houseboat and it was finished in 2020. So everything seriously is completely modern, the ship was constructed out of steel plates and everything in the design is well-thought of.

NO head-bumping as all heights are high enough, NO moisture and NO cold nights as all isolation is thick and there is floor heating and CV everywhere. We guarantee an absolutely PRIVATE stay on the boat. NO sharing, NO disturbances. We ourselves live on the same ship, so we'll notice each other on our deck terraces. Also, do keep in mind -while the adjacent walls are thick- we might be able to hear each other move about. So let's both respect our relaxation.

The area for sure is the best place to experience Amsterdam, it's a hidden gem just outside the hustle and bustle of the mass tourism in Amsterdam.

It's a 15 minutes walk from Central Station and a 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (Haarlemmerplein).  After booking I will share more details so you can find the most suitable public transport for your situation.

The houses in our neighborhood are most wanted and people who live around here... don't ever want to leave. A village in the center of Amsterdam, with lovely ROMANTIC bridges creating that ultimate holiday feeling, also for the ones living here.

On an island in between beautiful warehouses we are situated in a lee which makes your stay pleasant for sure. Thereby we are in the ultimate sun angle, so we are always the first ones enjoying our sunny deck terrace in a t-shirt while a passerby still wears his winter coat.
