A unique experience in a spacious and luxury room on a newly renovate houseboat on a superb location. The room is equipped with a gorgeous bathroom and a comfortable bed. Enjoy a tasty yoghurt-muesli-fruit breakfast in the morning in this private and authentic space on the Eastern Docklands in Amsterdam (KNSM-Island). Close to the city centre and yet peaceful and quit. You'll have your own entrance and a nice sun deck to enjoy the view.

How to get there
Our floating B&B is situated on the KNSM-Island, a peninsula just around the corner of the beautiful old town of Amsterdam. You’ll enjoy the peace and quietness after a day of busy sightseeing. Within 15 minutes you’ll bike to the middle of town or take a tram / bus around the corner that will take you there in a short ride.
The Park and Ride where you can park your car for a good price is just a few stops away with the tram. Public transport will take you anywhere from here. Tram 7 is the best line to explore the whole of Amsterdam and it just stops around the corner.

About the area
In summertime you’ll find locals swimming in the harbor and so can you! Nearby you’ll find a place to rent a SUP board for example or you can always ask us if you want some information about boat rides on the canal. Within walking distance there's an excellent and cosy harbor café/restaurant and a vegan restaurant option. Besides a bakery and some fine shops on the island you’ll find close by a shopping center with a supermarket and other stores.

Creative, innovative, communicative and always in for a good laugh. Together with my partner Xander we host our B&B on our houseboat in Amsterdam. We loved designing and renovated this place just recently. And we were very proud to be announced as the houseboat of the year according to the public vote in 2018. It's the best way of living in Amsterdam and it feels almost everyday as being on holiday. Together with ship cat Eddie we're looking forward to welcome you!
