The stay was delightful! Check-in and check-out were both on time. Our hostess provided needed info about the quarters, nearby grocery, and even phoned to arrange our taxi at departure. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice, clean houseboat in a perfect location in Amsterdam. Well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, nice bathroom with shower, the best thing is the huge window that opens so you can fully experience the hustle and bustle on the canal if you want to have some peace and quiet Are there blinds to close? Can really recommend the houseboat. The owners are friendly and reserved.

Very nice sunny houseboat with everything you need for a stay. Tasteful furnishings, ideal for 2 people. Great atmosphere right on the water in the middle of Amsterdam, walking distance to everything. Very friendly owner. Recommended for everyone who wants to really relax. PERFECT!

This was in an absolutely great location. A quiet area but close enough to walk to the busier areas. 10/15 min stroll along the canal to Central Station, the main city, the famous Red Light district. There is a fab supermarket 200m away. The world famous Gassan Diamond building is right behind the houseboat offering free guided tours of how they make the diamonds. The houseboat is compact and bijou but has everything you could need for a stay. The view of the canal with the huge opening windows is superb and tranquil with a few water birds and boats going by. Using the app “around me” found 2 sensational restaurants that we pre-booked while we were there, “The seafood bar” & “Hemelse Modder”. The communication with Maria, the owner, was faultless. Would we stay here again………. Absolutely! Wouldn’t even look to stay anywhere else in Amsterdam next time after staying here. *****

The houseboat location was amazing. Perfectly situated in the middle of the city but on a small section that is not heavily trafficked by the late night bar crowd. The houseboat is also on a canal that is a perfect mix of not too big, or not too small. There is enough boat traffic to make it feel alive and you can wave happily to the passing people. However, it is not such a big canal that it loses the quaint feel of Amsterdam. The space itself was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and social. I would definitely book another stay at this location.
