Beautiful view, clean, perfect location, nicely decorated tiny house on the water.

The houseboat was very comfortable and in a good location. Supermarkets nearby. Lots of restaurants to choose from, in easy walking distance. Lovely modern atmosphere inside and very clean. Expect to see lots of cruise boats coming by. Life on a canal. Marco was always very available, helpful and quick to respond.

Everything about this houseboat was excellent. The location is ultra-central, yet also quiet and peaceful (score 6 out of 5..!). The houseboat apartment is completely new inside and everything works perfectly - heating, water, blinds, windows, doors. Marco (Maria was away) was a very kind and welcoming host. The only thing I can think of as a possible improvement is very minor - this would be more ambient - type lighting in the interior for the evenings. Overall, though, a pretty perfect stay. I would definitely go back.

An absolutely charming, clean and magical little retreat on the water that’s super quiet and quaint yet steps away from it all. Perfect for 1-2 people and would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable houseboat experience!

Maria communicated with us very efficiently, answering my queries promptly. She was very pleasant and made the boat very hospitable, with lots of essentials included. We were grateful for the coffee maker and milk frother. We assumed Maria was staying next door in the houseboat, and discretely left us to it. We really enjoyed the view from the windows, which we could open wide. A very peaceful and quiet spot, with a supermarket only 4 mins walk away. Thank you so much, you made our stay so special!
