Enjoy a very special green environment on the outskirts of Amsterdam. An amazing place to stay, swim and relax. Not far from town, yet quiet and with plenty of space. Jump into the water straight from the living room or walk a few steps through the front garden and dive into the Noorder IJplas. Our houseboat is surrounded by bathing water and the sun shines abundantly down on all the jetties.

Explore your stay
The houseboat has 3 bedrooms, a living room, two separate toilets, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Expect luxury, set the mood with gradient coloured lighting bulbs and cuddle up on the couch watching Netflix using our projector that makes you feel like you’re at the theater. The place is also suitable for children: there is a stair gate to the down floor of the houseboat. On the front jetty, older kids can make use of our surf board and small rowboat. Last but not least we provide 3 free parking spots!

We are Jan and Rosalie both working in the theater. We moved to this place five years ago, and it offers us the peace and freedom of the water, but also a place close to the city. We love to travel and be in nature.
