Houseboat summary

Studio with private entrance in our new houseboat ( 2012). The room is 16 m2. It has a own bathroom with toilet, rain shower and sink. Also a mirror and hairdryer. In the room double bed, 160 x 200 cm. or two beds 800 x 200. The bed is a boxspring. There is flatscreen tv, cd player with Ipod dock, airconditining, minibar, safe, fire alarm and free cafe( Nespreso ) and tea. No kitchen. The price is including bedlinnen, towels, all taxes and cleaning.

 In our garden is a nice place to sit.

 Our boat is situated aat the west side of the centre. It a very quiet place but really central. The Jordaan is only 5 minutes walk, Anne Frank house 15 minutes walk. The Hugo de Groot plein ( 5 minutes walk) has some nice bars and restaurants and a nice place for breakfast and lunch.

 Ofcouse there is wifi internet.

 If you have any questions let me know.

 Parking in a inside parking across our boat is possible. ( Payed) We have to rental bikes available.

 Wifi, two rental bikes, private sit in our garden.

 only if the guest want. we clean the room every day.

    Clean, neat and elegant houseboat rental in Amsterdam

    Diewert is a great host, very friendly and helpful! The apartment was clean, neat and elegant and we were really happy to experience life on a boat house and drink our morning coffee at Diewert's beautiful house yard. Moreover the house is located very close to the city centre and it's really enjoyable to ride the bike around this area! All in all my friend and I were very satisfied with our choice and would love to stay there again on our next trip to Amsterdam!

    Wonderful experience, great boat, great hosts

    We loved our stay on Diewert's houseboat!!! Everything was set up perfectly for our stay and the accomodations were lovely. Arrival and departure were simple and we loved having the access code to enter the apartment, versus having to keep track of a key! On the evening we arrived, Diewert greeted us and offered ideas for where to eat. We loved the suggested Foodhallen, which had a variety of different vendors and food options. Diewert graciously offered to coordinate our cab to the airport on our last day! Due to an accident, the scheduled cab was delayed and Diewert was quick to coordinate a replacement. This was such an appreciated gesture. If ever back in Amsterdam, we will be quick to book this houseboat room!! Thanks again, Diewert and family, for the wonderful experience!!

    Clean, quiet, beautiful houseboat in Amsterdam

    Very pleasant stay in this boathouse ! The room is perfect : clean, quiet with a beautiful view. The coffee machine is a nice touch and the bed is comfy. The host is also very nice and full of advice. Good localisation, We recommand !
