Welcome to your stay
This winter we warmly welcome you aboard our wonderful and warm houseboat, on the Verge of the Jordaan area. The spacious living room reflects the water while you enjoy the great scenery of our canal through the large sliding window. Even in the middle of the winter the boat feels comfortable thanks to the floored heating and retro vintage design. Not to mention the amazing bathroom with Italian tiling, rain shower and large bath to relax after a great day in town.

How to get there
1) Of course you can take a taxi from the airport, that will cost you around 50 euro. Please mention the following address:
, and you will find the houseboat straight across.
2) You can also use public transport to our boat: First take the train to Central Station (10 -15 minutes) and from there you can take tram 13 to Geuzenveld (another 10 minutes). If you get out at stop 'Bilderdijkstraat", you just walk back about 30 meters to the bridge, take a right into the 'Da Costakade' and after about 200 meters you'll find your houseboat called Arden.
About the area
You will be staying at the wonderful Da Costakade, a canal in the buzzing neighborhood called Oud West, on the verge of the Jordaan Area. Many great points of interest are located within walking distance. The Anne Frank-house is just a 5 - 7 minute stroll away, and in about 10 minutes you are at the Leidseplein (Leidse Square), as well as the world famous Vondelpark and Museum Square. There are various bus- and tram stops nearby to take you to literally every corner of the city in less than 30 minutes.
Although the location is really convenient, you will not be bothered by tourist masses at all. Actually our canal is surprisingly quiet and safe, making our houseboat perfect for a relaxed holiday with friends or family.
