Sailing ship description
Visit Amsterdam and make your stay unforgettable by renting this sailing ship. The '1896' is especially suitable for groups that want to make their visit to Amsterdam even more special. On request we can take you out for longer or shorter trips during the day or the evening.
The ship was originally built as a freight ship, transporting turf, stone and timber. Around 1950 she was renovated and transformed into a houseboat. Around 20 years later she found her new destiny: hosting guests from all over the world who want to have an unforgettable experience aboard a traditional sailing charter. In total there are four 2-person cabins and three 4-person cabins.
Fully equipped kitchen
In the galley you will find everything you need to prepare a great meal - so who is going to make the Captain's Dinner?
