My houseboat offers a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place in one of the finest canals. It is very central and at the same time, you will enjoy local Amsterdam. Sitting calm on the canal, there are lots of windows that let in a lot of light.

Welcome to your stay

My houseboat is very comfortable, cosy and centrally located. It's an easy walking distance to many nice places. It's just a short and nice walk to Anne Frank (10min), Rijks / Van Gogh museum (20 min), and the Jordan area (2min).

At the same time, it is a very peaceful location next to a very quiet street. I find it very calming to just watch the ducks and swans go by either from my favourite spot on the beanbag in front of the living room windows or from the little terrace. The place is well furnished and very convenient. Feel free to use my kitchen if you can resist the many lovely restaurants and breakfast places just around the corner.

The houseboat fits a couple or two close friends. There is one bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a little place to store your luggage, and a terrace outside. Wifi, central heating, tv is available. Unfortunately, the houseboat is not suitable for children.

How to get there

It's a 20 minutes drive from Schiphol. It's 4 stops away from Amsterdam Central train station when travelling with public transport. I'll send you a detailed description later on.

    My first time in Amsterdam,it's so busy and exciting but great to return to the tranquillity of the houseboat location each evening...waking in the morning to watch the variety of birds on the canal.

    The houseboat is brilliant with everything required to provide a comfortable stay and a 15 minute stroll into the city centre.I would definitely recommend.

    The best houseboat experience possible

    Staying in this houseboat was the best experience we could give ourselves. The views were priceless and the place itself was magical. Everything here was extremely easy even those tad bits of knowledge your should have once you stay there. The house boat is tidy, simple but every bit of homy and cozy you need. If you get the chance of going to book this houseboat, stay here! We have nothing but great things to say about this place!

    Extremely lovely houseboat in a cozy neighbourhood! Everything from check-in to communication was good! You Can Walk to the Anne Frank House and the 9 Streets in 10 minutes, and the City center in 20 minutes! A really nice and beautiful walk! Would definitely recommend you staying here!

    Charming, luxurious houseboat located in a lovely, sheltered spot under the trees. You really live on the water, which you can enjoy from the beanbag from the window. Or outside from the terrace. I was also allowed to use the sup. Very nice! The boat is located in a beautiful spot, near the Jordaan, but the Vondelpark is also within walking distance. I'll definitely return! Diana
