Amazing futuristic design houseboat in Gdansk

Our floating hotel is the first futuristic apartment on the water located in the Tri-City. It has a composite structure, and the outer shell is made of laminate like yachts. The innovative project was created to satisfy the tastes of the most demanding hotel guests.

The houseboat offers 80 sqm of space, and the light atmosphere makes it feel even larger. The bedroom, with a wonderful view on the Motawa, is separated from the spacious living room with a mobile wall.

The kitchenette is connected to the dining room. This is a wonderful place to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee, while watching the waterside trough the large windows. 

Furthermore there is a modern bathroom with a shower. This unique Gdansk houseboat is equipped with the "Free @ home" intelligent control system of the well-known Swiss company ABB. This means that you can enter the boat using a code or a magic tablet, and control the blinds, light and floor heating using the touch panel or using your own smartphone.

Both the external and interior design of this amazing houseboat deserves to be called iconic. Huge windows offer a fantastic view over the river and let in lots of light creating a very bright atmosphere.

Aboard our floating villa you will find a lot of unique gadgets. And although they are state-of-the-art, they remain very comfortable and functional, including: sofa beds, lighting - also floor, chairs made of laminate, or the unique "squid" Philippe Starck. The equipment includes: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a dishwasher, and a smart TV. There is Wi-Fi access in the entire room.

There is free parking nearby. The apartment is located 500 meters from the Old Town and 13 km from the airport, nearby are the most important monuments of Gdask (Armory, Fountain of Neptune, Crane over the Motawa and many others), Marina and numerous restaurants and cafes.
