On this houseboat you will feel relaxed and laid back, the environment is safe and friendly.
The ventilation is at maximum and therefore ensures that the entire apartment is constantly supplied with fresh air every hour.

The main part of the apartment is located downstairs, Terrace with Jacuzzi is upstairs, accessible through the hall.

In the watervilla there is a completely independent apartment with its own entrance.

Hall:
In the hall you will find the stairs down and a large mirror behind which the terrace is located.

Terrace:
On the terrace you can enjoy the surroundings, boats that pass by or throw out a fishing rod to catch a large carp (because they are visible swimming here).
There is also a gas barbecue here, very easy to use.
The Jacuzzi (also on the terrace) is pleasantly warm all year round and does not need to be pre-heated.
In the winter you can dream away under the cold starry sky while being surrounded by the warm water (especially at night this is very nice and soothing).
In the summer, you can chill while the pleasure boats ripple by.
The water is therefore always at the right temperature, wonderfully fresh and provided with the correct Ph and chlorine values by means of chemicals.
The pumps and ozonator are in operation for an average of sixteen hours a day and keep the bath completely free of bacteria.

From the hall, via the stairs you immediately enter the cozy modern living room.

Living room:
The living room has underfloor heating, a warm carpet and a sofa where you can relax and watch Netflix or regular TV channels on the 55-inch flat screen TV.
Or listen and enjoy the SONOS sound system, with all possible music.
Or just play a game at the table.
Various games and books are available in the living room.

Kitchen:
Cook your own meal in your own fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a hob, fridge, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster, complete crockery and a combination microwave to bake your croissants yourself.

In the evening you can easily walk to one of the nice restaurants in Krommenie within 5 minutes, or use the delivery service.

Bedroom:
Sleep well in the double bed (200x160)in the separate bedroom (with large wardrobe). There is also a TV in the bedroom to relax.
The bedroom has its own style and exudes an atmospheric and romantic feeling.
Here too, the floor has heating and is separately adjustable so that the bedroom can remain cool compared to the living room.

Bathroom:
In the morning and in the evening you can enjoy the 'en suite' shower/bathroom.
The bathroom floor is always comfortably warm thanks to the separately controlled underfloor heating.
The huge mirror helps you to get yourself ready for the day or the night.
With a cream, your hairs new and dry (hair dryer is present) you can go back to it.

You can be in the heart of Amsterdam within 20 minutes, refreshed and rested.
Other nice cities to visit are Alkmaar, Haarlem, Wijk aan Zee, Zaandam or the Zaanse Schans

We are proud of the apartment, it is fresh and cosy, we hope to keep it that way by handling it properly, for example no drugs, no smoking or misbehavior.

All drainage (toilet, shower, sink) is connected to a pump, this pump will run from time to time. (Note! It is absolutely not allowed to deposit foreign objects in the drain or toilet)
