Luxurious watervilla - 30 min from A'dam - sleeps 6/8

In this houseboat, you will find a great mix of luxury, comfort and stunning design. The spacious boat offers enough room for 6 to 8 persons and is about 110 m2. This makes the boat the perfect location for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy each others company but also desire enough privacy and well-deserved time for themselves. 

The houseboat is divided into two full-fledged floors. On the ground floor, the entrance, living room, kitchen, guest toilet, and laundry room are located. Enter the bright entrance and walk through the double doors and you will find the spacious living room. Here you will also find the fully equipped and modern open kitchen.

The cozy living room is perfect for gatherings such as enjoying breakfast together, watching a movie at night or drinking a glass of wine together later in the evening. The large, high windows provide a lot of light, which makes the living room a very bright space. Via the large sliding doors, you can enter the lovely garden and terrace, which is located on the South! 

The basement floor can be entered via a large, hardwood stairs with built-in lighting. On the basement floor, a hallway with large windows connects all the rooms. The hallway offers full day-light. The master bedroom is spacious and also very light. A comfortable double bed will assure you of a very good night's sleep. The two other bedrooms are provided with two single beds. In total, six beds are present, but if desired, a sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places. 

The water villa is very well isolated. The houseboat is therefore very cool and pleasant in the hot summer, but also very warm when a typical cold Dutch winter storm is raging outside. At least, you will have your own private berth reserved for your pleasure boat in our Marina. This makes the villa a perfect starting point of a lovely day on the water!
