Stylish floating home near Amsterdam - sleeps 6/8

Luxury, design, and comfort come together in this houseboat. The water villa is very bright and consists of two full-fledged floors. You will probably spend most of your time on the top floor. Here, a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen is present. The dining area is perfect for having late breakfasts or great dinners with your beloved ones. Due to the open kitchen, the room is very open and spacious. There is plenty of room for playing games together, watching a movie at night or to relax with each other. The high windows provide a lot of daylight, making the living room a bright space. And by opening up the large sliding doors, you can enter the stunning garden and your own private terrace, located on the south. Besides the living room, there are also a guest room and laundry room present on the ground floor.

Via the large, hardwood stairs with built-in lighting, you will enter the basement floor. On this floor, the central hallway connects all the room with each other. Due to the large windows in the hallway, the room offers full day-light. In the master bedroom, a comfortable, luxe double bed is present. The two other bedrooms are provided with two single beds. All the bedrooms are furnished in a very modern but cozy way.

In total, six beds are present. However, if wished, a sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places. 

The garden is maintained by expert gardeners, and will, therefore, be a beautiful and peaceful place to relax throughout the year. Additional, without extra cost, there is a berth reserved for your pleasure boat in our marina. Perfect for water sport lovers!  

Because the houseboat is very well isolated, the water villa is cool during the hot summer, and warm in the cold winters.
