Water villa 30 min from Amsterdam - sleeps 8

Welcome to the Loosdrechtse Plassen, the lake district near Amsterdam! This area has everything you need to completely relax and unwind. And because of its central location in the country, many places and sights are just around the corner. Amsterdam is only a 30 minute drive away, and places such as Utrecht, Leiden, Schiphol Airport, and the coast, are also very close. Add to this a unique accommodation such as this amazing luxurious houseboat, and success is guaranteed!

The houseboat is approx. 120m2, and is located at only 50 meter from the lake. The watervilla has two full fledged floors. The first floor has the entrance, laundry room, guest toilet, living room, and a toilet. The living room has an open, fully-equipped kitchen.

The living room is very cosy; built-in spots in the curved ceiling, large sliding doors giving access to the terrace (on the south) and story high windows on three sides providing wonderful light.

On the ground floor you'll find a hallway that connects all rooms, including the master bedroom (double bed), two bedrooms (1x two twin beds, 1x bunk beds), a beautiful bathroom with a spacious double sink, separate toilet, towel radiator, and two built-in closets. In the living room, a double bed/sofa is also available!

The houseboat is completely isolated so that it is cool during the summer. In the winter, the isolated provides cozy warmth. The amazing landscape gardens are professionally maintained by expert gardeners.

If you want to visit Amsterdam, you can easily take the car and park it at one of the P+R garages in the city (Amsterdam Arena, Zeeburg or West, depending on where you want to be).
