The space
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two bedrooms, each with two sleeping places. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a spacious sofa bed.

In addition to a spacious well-equipped kitchen with hob and extractor hood, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and a large mirror.

At the front you will find a large window with a sliding door where you can enjoy the beautiful view all around. Open the sliding door to access the spacious front terrace. There is also a spacious roof terrace, which you enter via a staircase at the back, the stairs and the roof terrace both have a good railing.

The master bedroom has a fixed double bed and a wardrobe, and its own door to the aft deck. The second bedroom has a sofa bed that can be used directly as a single bed and can be expanded to a double bed with a simple action.

In the spacious and bright living room you will find a large comfortable sofa that can also be transformed into a very spacious bed for two people.

Access for guests
This residence is all yours and offers you a lot of privacy. You don't share the house with anyone else and you can use all the rooms.

Other things to take into account
You must be at least 25 years old to book this stay. The stay can only be booked for holiday or recreation. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation itself, but you can do so outside via the spacious, partly covered, front terrace, the aft deck and the roof terrace.
