The houseboat is near Rimini's harbour. It is easily reachable from the train station or from Rimini Nord.

The area is close to both public and private beaches, there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a park, a pharmacy and many other shops. There are also free beach tennis, basketball and volleyball fields nearby. Rimini's seafront is 1.5 km away or you can get a ferry all day long that takes you from the darsena to Rimini's seafront. The town center is 2 km away. There are also additional showers and toilets available in the darsena as well as bbq areas and a gym nearby.
