This unique and romantic accommodation will undoubtedly appeal to you.
This professionally fitted-out ship is located in a unique location in Rotterdam. Close to the center and 800 meters from the Kop van Zuid including the Erasmus Bridge, Hotel New York, various restaurants, and bars.
In the Binnenhaven, several ships are moored. Via the gangway of the Nautilus (another ship), you can easily walk through to the Pluvier.

The houseboat is ideally situated in a peaceful, picturesque location, yet it is close to the city's highlights.
This unique vessel has been professionally fitted out with a keen eye for detail.
You enter through the wheelhouse, adorned with nautical details from the 1930s. This space is perfect, a room with a view, as it overlooks the harbor and the Rotterdam skyline.
The wheelhouse leads to the master bedroom, which includes a toilet and a bathroom with a sink.
At the rear of the boat, you'll find a covered terrace with comfortable seating. Here, you also have access to the second bedroom, which comes with a toilet and shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

How to get there
There are several good option to go from central station to the Nautilus.
Tramline 5 direction Carnisselande.
Or
Tramline 3 direction Beverwaard.
You get off at tram stop Lodewijk Pincoffsweg
You walk 250 mtr. to the Lodewijk Pincoffsbrug (brug=bridge).
Before you cross the bridge, on your right hand sight you can see the grey Nautilus and the blue Pluvier at 100 mtr.
The Nautilus is moored oposite housenr. 30 on the J.B.Bakemakade and is next to my other boat the Pluvier.
Cheap parking (€15 per 24 uur) op 250 meter van de boot, parkeerplaats de vijf werelddelen.

A house is just a house, but a boat can take you places and be a very special house at the same time. Those thoughts were born in a few seconds but then it took years of struggle to realize those somewhat naïve but knispering idears.
The boat has a bohemian and unique feel to it ... a place to celebrate life.
I offer my quests a warm welcome and tell you in a few minutes about the boat and about Rotterdam. From there on you can always reach me for questions but you won't see me much so you can enjoy your stay in privacy.
