When renting our houseboat in Rotterdam Zuid (the Southern part of our city) you will enjoy all the comfort of a modern apartment, yet with the character and coziness of a traditional ship. With a warm wooden floor and wood stove burner.
Anna N1 is located in the experimental neighborhood of Feijenoord, just few stops away from the city center. It is the perfect location for those who would like to explore more exclusive angles of the city of Rotterdam as The New York hotel and the Fenix food factory and Erasmus Bridge. Still, in few minute, you will be able to reach the most famous attractions as the Market Hall and the Cubic houses.

If you are a group of 6 to 8 people, and you would like to enjoy your stay all together just in one accommodation, Anna apartment 1 is the perfect place for you! Thanks to the many large windows there is a surprisingly light and bright atmosphere inside the ship. During your stay you will enjoy that vast amount of space aboard this former freight ship. The large living room with open kitchen has a lounge corner with sofa, two comfortable arm chairs and a super cozy wood stove burner.
In the open kitchen you can prepare a home cooked meal and eat together on the large wooden kitchen table. And the bar on the side of the kitchen is without a doubt a great place to have a drink, play cards or just watch the chef do prepare a great meal.
Anna N1 can accommodate up to 6 people that can live the experience of sleeping on this historical ship that is more than 100 years old.
You will be able to find:
