Interior

When renting our houseboat in Rotterdam Zuid, the southern part of our city, you will enjoy all the comfort of a modern apartment, yet with the character and coziness of a traditional ship, including a warm wooden floor and a wood-burning stove.

Location

Anna N2 is located in the experimental neighborhood of Feijenoord, just a few stops away from the city center. It is the perfect location for those who would like to explore more exclusive angles of Rotterdam, such as:

• New York Hotel
• Fenix Food Factory
• Erasmus Bridge

Still, within a few minutes you will be able to reach the most famous attractions, such as the Market Hall and the Cube Houses.

Anna N2 is the perfect opportunity for small groups or families to stay close to the city centre on a very surprising and interesting ship, up to 4 persons can sleep on this historic ship that is more than 100 years old. The ship is well accommodated, with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen for making breakfast and lunch for yourself. There is also a fridge, but there are no cooking facilities.

But no worries, all restaurants you need are around the corner.

Living area

It has a nice living room which sits in the wheelhouse, with a 360-degree view over the harbor of Rotterdam, what a place to have a drink and enjoy the unique life of living in a houseboat!

Heating and availability

This ship is equipped with a good central heating system, so the boat can be rented in summer, but also during winter.

Facilities

You will be able to find:

• Two bedrooms, with a double bed in each room.
• A modern toilet with shower.
• A small kitchenette with the basics to prepare your breakfast.

The ship is located very close to the center of Rotterdam, in the experimental neighborhood of Feijenoord and just 2 minutes walking to the tram stop (5 minutes to central station) and 10 minutes walking distance to the main shopping area of Rotterdam city ceIntre.

Feijenoord is one of the Rotterdam neighborhood that is passing through many renovation, full of bottom up activities and and new architectural experimentation.

In the area you will be able to find supermarkets, for those who would like to cook at the houseboat, as also multicultural restaurants for all the palates.  

At the same time, you can take your bike or one of the public transport connection and try to taste the many restaurants available to the city center.
