Floating paradise

The place
The house offers everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway or a longer stay. The living room is fitted with a sofa bed with views to the river. There are two little tables to have dinner or lunch, and a kitchen to cook. The bathroom comes with a shower. Outside there is a wooden deck with a jacuzzi. A kayak is also available if you want to venture onto the river. The bedroom, which is in the first floor, has a terrace and an incredible view, perfect to see sunrises or sunsets. There also is a TV with DVDs to watch films if you like.

Services
The houseboat is part of a yacht club, where there's a restaurant, all night security and a parking lot. You will have a rowboat of your own if you want to row to the dock.

Attention for the guests
I'm always there to welcome you to the house. I will have a rowboat for your easy access to the house. Beto is my right-hand man, he is always there to help you with anything you need. If you don't feel like rowing or don't know how to, Beto can always take you from the house to the dock.

The neighborhood
The houseboat is in the San Fernando Yacht Club, 25km from Buenos Aires City. It's really close to the river delta, in the neighborhood of Tigre, just two stops from the closest train station.

Public transport
There are many different ways of transport to get to the houseboat, but my recommendation is by train. Two different trains stop close to the house, the closest station is called Tren de la Costa. The station is San Fernando.

Other things to mention
Renting this houseboat is only advisable for agile people, who are looking for something different, close to an adventure. It's ideal place to practice water sports also.
