This 60-foot floating condo is docked at the Downtown Sanford Marina, blocks from Historic downtown Sanford, Florida. Walk to town. Jog or bike the 5-mile "trail" along the St. John River. Sun yourself on the upstairs deck. Catch a show at the refurbished Wayne Densch Theater. Like to eat? Sanford has German, Belgium, Irish, Greek, Italian, Korean, New Orleans-style, barbeque, and soul food restaurants, all within walking distance. There are many microbreweries, a few wine bars, and a craft cocktail bar or two. Want something non-alcoholic? How about a smoothie or visit the juice bar. See how marshmallows are made and grab a delicious ice cream cone downtown. Enough about food. Learn to sail at U-Sail. Rent a boat or a golf cart.  Have lunch or dinner aboard a vintage paddlewheel boat.  Learn more about Sanford at the Sanford Museum, Welcome Center, or Public Library. Check out original folk art at a gallery downtown. Visit the Sanford Zoo. Take in the natural beauty of nearby Blue Springs State Park, where manatees "winter". Rent a canoe or kayak.  Yes, even Disney and Universal are only 40 minutes away.

Why stay by the water when you can stay on the water? Especially when you can stay on the water in style.

Luxury lower deck

The kitchen is well appointed and includes a full-size stove and refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has access to the half-bath. In the living room you find a sleeper sofa from which to watch the 52-inch flat screen TV. The Yamaha stereo system has speakers in all rooms which can be turned on or off.

Superb top deck

It's great to have a comfortable lower deck but, to be honest, the top deck is where most of our guests enjoy spending their time. The top deck is open air but covered and has adjustable sun shades on the sides.

The summer kitchen has a stainless steel grill, mini-fridge with ice-maker, and a sink. There is a table and four chairs for dining al fresco. Watch TV or catch a nap on the curvy couch or work on your tan in the open sunning area.

For entertainment on rainy days, there are DVD's, CD's, games, cards, and books.

Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable pillow-top mattress. A wide variety of pillows are on board, so pick your favorite. Plenty of towels are provided for your stay. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.  For guests that stay more than 7 days, we provide fresh towels and linens on day 7. Bathrooms toilets are marine toilets. The master bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

We bought the houseboat 10 years ago as a weekend getaway. We fell in love with the area and moved to Central Florida 8 years ago. That's when we decided to become boateliers and share our enthusiasm for life on the water with others.     Great place, great fishing

    My wife and I have spend a few wonderful days on this great houseboat. Not only we enjoyed the fantastic boat itself, but also the amazing bass fishing on Lake Monroe. I took my hoby kayak and had an amazing time casting for those crazy fish out there. Loved the grill on the top deck by the way, great usp!\r\n\r\nLoved it and will absolutely be back. \r\n\r\nTight lines,\r\n\r\nMike

    Anniversary getaway

    We booked for 2 nights to celebrate a 20 year anniversary. We had a great time. The boat was roomy, well provisioned and provides an upper deck that was a must for hanging out. Our friends were impressed with houseboat living. Everything worked as instructed. The owners answered all our questions and were always a text away if we needed them.
