Our houseboat is safe, spacious, comfortable, and has all the commodities for your convenience. There is an panoramic terrace where you can enjoy meals or a nice glass of wine. The houseboat has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two bunk beds, and there is a two-person sofabed in the living room.  

The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a dining set for six people! Outdoor you will find a private and shared garden, along with a BBQ where you can cook while enjoying the panoramic view. We provide linen, towels, and a high chair for children!

    Wonderful holiday

    We had an amazing time board the houseboat! It was very clean and spacious, and well equipped. The houseboat is very central located on the river. The water was low, so we had to row from and to the boat, which was a fun experience (not if you are old or arthritic). The owners were very nice and helpful.

    A wonderful Loire houseboat stay

    Three adult members of our family spent five wonderful days on the houseboat moored in Saumur. The location of the houseboat was ideal, and made for very easy jaunts into the town center across the river. The neighborhood around the houseboat is great, too, with numerous patisseries, boulangeries, markets, and restaurants. And there is nothing like sipping wine on the deck of the houseboat as the sun goes down and the chateau is illuminated. The boat was very comfortable for three adults. The one issue we had was that, for those of us in our 70s, the trek down to the houseboat could have been a little more secure.

    Great location - great houseboat

    We ended our trip along the Loire on this houseboat. The river is quiet and wonderful, and George and Armelle are friendly and fun. Great location, great houseboat!

    Wonderful place

    We had a fantastic stay at the well-equipped and beautifully located houseboat. Great place to relax and visit nearby sites like the vineyard caves. Highly recommended.
