About the area
Independent Dining and Shopping
Shoreham town has a wide selection of independent bars and restaurants to dine in. There are a few supermarkets, independent shops, and local shops for groceries, all within walking distance from Jellybean. On Shoreham beach, there is Ferry Road, which has convenience stores, a fish and chip takeaway, a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, and a fish restaurant, all just a 10-minute walk from Jellybean.

Brighton and Worthing are easily accessible by train or bus. We are situated on the South Downs National Park, with its network of cycle and walking routes. Alternatively, you can follow the River Adur and explore the beautiful landscape.
Beach Proximity
Of course, we also have the beach just 1 minute away, perfect for children, walking dogs, swimming, or just escaping the hustle of everyday life.
Houseboat owner
Jasper / Elise
Hi, I live on a houseboat myself with my husband and teenage daughter, and I wanted to share this amazing experience with our guests. We have lived here for over 4 years, and still each day feels like we are on holiday! We are also vegetarian and vegan.
