Feel Good Prerow

Proud to present this wonderful houseboat in an even more amazing environment. The vessel is located in a private setting on the Prerow Strom on the breathtaking peninsula of Fischland-Darss-Zingst.

You will experience a unique holiday in our exclusively furnished and renovated houseboat, with special attention to ecological aspects. If you overlook the water and green fields, you know why we are so fond of all nature has to offer.

The boat has been anchored on this water in Prerow ever since 1973 and has been a recreational hot spot for decades. From 2011 to 2013, we have fully renovated the boat according to our idea of sustainability. We have chosen hemp insulation, clay-wall heating, clay plaster and natural and sustainable building materials. Also the floor plan of the boat has been improved in such a way that all rooms have a great view over the abundant nature, and all rooms have water views. We like to call it the ultimate feel-good boat.

About the surroundings. In just 5 minutes you will walk to the Baltic Sea and enjoy many many kilometers of sandy beach. A walk or bike ride takes you to the wild and unspoilt west beach, which is listed in the top 10 of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The water where the Feel-Good houseboat is located, covers 2500 sqm and has a great play- and sunbathing area and many cozy corners that invite you to linger, all for you and you alone to enjoy.

The large sun deck on the roof of the Feel-Good houseboat offers an amazing view over the nature of the national park. So now you now why we call it the Feel-Good.

The lounge furniture and refrigerator with ice maker offer the best conditions to dangle your soul. All rooms have water views, even from the free-standing cast mineral bath.

The boat has a light oak wooden floor and the walls are plastered with white clay. In conjunction with the clay-wall heating and ventilation system you can enjoy a healthy and comfortable living environment all year round. The Scandinavian wood stove creates the cozy atmosphere in the winter and the transitional seasons. The wood is included in the rent.

Enjoy the summer! Here you will find rest, even in midsummer, and yet you are still very close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Even within sight of the south-western part of the Prerow harbor.

The swans, ducks, geese, herons, cormorants and terns will keep you company while you enjoy your vacation with friends and family. And last but not least: within walking distance you will find the lovely places to eat in the village of Prerow!
