Living directly on the Prerower river, the view of a natural backdrop is amazing! Whether cruising, wildlife watching or fishing, you'll be in the best place possible. And even if the sun doesn't shine, there's a view of the water from every available window.

The approximately 1000sqm property, for sole use, also has 3 private parking lots. And it is only 5 minutes walking to the 'most beautiful beach of Germany'.

Houseboat Neptun offers you the comfort of a modern holiday home. All rooms offer a wonderful view of the beautiful Bodden landscape.

On board you'll find a 2-bed and a 3-bed bedroom. This limits the maximum team size to 5 people. Both bedrooms have SAT-TV. When selecting the mattresses we paid great attention to comfort and your need for a restful sleep.

Two bathrooms with shower and double washbasin and a toilet with double washbasin are at your disposal. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine on board.

We have a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hobs. But because of the nice view of the Prerow River, some guests even prefer to wash their dishes by hand.

The living room as a "team fair" offers a panoramic view over the water and invites to a cosy get-together. At the large captain's table you'll be able to dine comfortably and spend the evenings playing games.

There is WiFi in the entire ship, as well as on the outside area on the large floaters and on the sun deck.

The houseboat offers you the comfort of a modern holiday home. All rooms have a wonderful view of the beautiful Bodden landscape. The property is located in the national park 'Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft'.

Your floating holiday home is located on an approximately 1000m2 large property in a wonderful and unspoiled location, all free for you to use. A small cosy oasis invites you to linger.

You can store your bicycles and everything else in a gazebo that is solely accessible to you.

The houseboat offers a rustic outdoor seating area, a jetty by the water, a sun lounger in the shade, or the lounge furniture on the sheltered sun deck - just find your personal favorite place to chill.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the fine sandy beach of Prerow. Has the unspoiled, wild and romantic west beach has taken your fancy? Then pedal your way through the dense rushing 'Darsser Urawald'.

You can park your vehicle directly on the closed property.
