Holiday on the permanently anchored houseboat Seeadler in Stralsund with bio sauna. We offer plenty of space for up to 6 people, including up to 2 dogs. We have high-quality box spring beds, no bunk beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The houseboat also has a beautiful roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Strelasund. We have a total of 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, mini oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and various other kitchen appliances. There is a gas grill on the terrace. Our stand-up paddle boards can be used. A bread bike is available at your own risk.

Our view from the roof terrace is unique and beautiful. Comfortable lounge chairs invite you to relax. We can accommodate up to 6 people and sleep in comfortable box spring beds and a nice sofa bed. With 2 bathrooms, everyone has their own place in the bathroom. We are beautifully located in the harbor and the nearest neighbor is a little further away. Up to 2 dogs are allowed.

The access is via the university/tax office grounds. You have to drive across the entire grounds and then you come to a large meadow. That is the car park. The key box and our harbor gate are on the far left. If you arrive by train, take the train to Stralsund main station and then take bus 1. You could also walk, which takes about 40-50 minutes through the city.

A cycling or hiking path starts right at the harbor. This path is well paved and in one direction you can get to a beach or a supermarket, in the other direction to Parow to a small marina and there is a nice café nearby. There is also a playground for children in both directions. You can play volleyball on the beach. You can also rent stand-up paddles there, 24 hours a day. In our harbor you can ride our stand-up paddle boards.
