Unique and spacious houseboat with an open/industrial design and a lot of incidence of light.

The houseboat is equipped with all needs for a convenient stay. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a fireplace (incl. wood), and a large dining table (4-6 persons). This table is also very comfortable for working at home. The best thing about the living room is all the daylight and the doors to the waterside. On a sunny day you can put your feet in the water and relax. You might even go for a refreshing jump in the water!

The open kitchen is connected to the living room and has a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (incl. coffee), smoothy-maker, several herbs/spices and all necessary cooking/baking utensils. Basically, everything you need to make yourself a delicious meal :-).

Outside in the garden (62 m2) you can find lounge furniture as well as a barbecue and campfire place. It has many beautiful flowers and plants and you can sit privately. Take some blankets from the living room, build a little fire, grab a bottle of wine and make yourself comfortable.

An extra service I provide is one bicycle (sometimes two) to do groceries or to go to the city center (less than 10 minutes).

For in and on the water I'll have a canoe, surfboard, SUP (Stand Up Paddling!!) and many inflatable objects available free of charge.

My cat (Robin) will be your housemate!

He is quiet and very lazy, so he won’t bother you too much. He has his private “cat door” and does his “thing” outside. He will let you know whenever he's hungry and wants dinner to be served.

Would you like to stay with one of two extra persons? Please, always let me know in advance. I'll arrange bed-linen and extra breakfast.
