Welcome to this amazing houseboat! This unique houseboats offers you the best of both worlds. Situated in Lombok, a multicultural suburb of Utrecht, you have all the peace and tranquility you need. Moored on the waterside of the "Old Rhine" (Oude Rijn), you'll be welcomed by a surprising silence and nature, thanks to the many trees, sheer, and other vegetation found near the waterside.

This, however, is only a small 10 minutes away from Utrecht's lively, buzzing city centre! Utrecht is often called a 'hidden gem' in Amsterdam's shadow. It also has an amazing ancient city centre, museums, canals, many small and cozy streets, and a thriving nightlife. Being one of the most popular student cities, the nightlife can be quite entertaining!

Hi, I like to welcome you on our houseboat! It's a lovely place and a really unique experience.

I'm living on a houseboat for more than ten years and love the neighborhood.

Its only 2 minutes walk to a bus-stop. The bus will take you to the central train station in the center of the city in 6 minutes. You could also walk it in about 15 to 20 minutes.

We have a free private parking spot for your car. Near the houseboat there are several nice restaurants and the supermarket is only 300 meters away.

    We had a wonderful weekend on Elisabeth and Peter's houseboat. The welcome was very warm and the houseboat beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The rooms are perfect, each with its own shower, nothing is missing. The time was wonderful, close to town, very quiet and the canoe and pedal boat in front of the boat were fantastic. We especially liked the pontoon. Anytime gladly again and the city of Utrecht is very worth seeing.

    Absolutely Superb

    We had a really great time on this lovely houseboat. You're in a city, but still in the nature. It was very clean, cosy, beautiful view, perfect location, great deal with parking space, and there were some very nice Hamam products in the bathroom we could use. I definitely recommend this place! Thanks Lies!

    Utrecht Houseboat exceeded our expectations

    La Luna houseboat in Utrecht exceeded all of our expectations! Having such a wonderful space to call 'home' made our visit all the more enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Dutch experience. We will definitely be back! Thanks Peter!

    Unique experience!

    What a surprise! So much peace and tranquility in the middle of the city! The ideal place to really unwind. We had a delicious dinner at an asian restaurant only four minutes away. The private sauna in the yard was amazing! Maybe next time, we will also rent a boat to explore the area by water!
