Xanten Holiday Houseboat

The houseboat has two bedrooms with a large double bed (160x200), and fold-out sofa what can also sleep two. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably, and 6 if you bring two children! The living-dining room is totally surrounded by glass, with a dining room that seats up to six people. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a large flatscreen tv.

The houseboat has two terraces. One of them is at the front, the other on the roof! The terrace out front can seat up to 10 people, and is ideal to enjoy sunny days while sitting directly at the water. Also, when the weather is a bit off, the shed over the terrace will keep you dry! The terrace on the roof is amazing when the sun is out. Invite some friends over, and have a nice BBQ on the roof! When it gets cold outside, go inside and enjoy the rest of the evening on the comfortable couch while listening to music or watching tv. The bathroom and the toilet are in separate rooms. In the bathroom there is sink with a mirror (towels + hairdryer are provided!), and is heated.

The city of Xanten lies close to the Rhein river, in the northwest of North-Rheinland-Westfalen. The city has 20000 inhabitants, and has an extensive Roman and medieval history. The city was already blooming during the Roman Empire, and this went on in the medieval period. Take a journey back in time by staying in this amazing city!
